OHS Specialist

Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a UI/UX Designer at AccelSafety in Dhaka. The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for creating mockups, visual designs, prototypes, and front-end development. Additionally, the role involves designing exceptional User Experience (UX) to improve product usability and user satisfaction.

• Qualifications

• Mockups, Visual Design, and Prototyping skills

• Front-End Development expertise

• User Experience Design (UED) proficiency

• Experience in creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces

• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects

• Knowledge of design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert OHS insights for the design and functionality of safety management software.

• Collaborate with the development team to define software requirements based on OHS best practices and industry standards.

• Ensure compliance with local, national, and international safety regulations in the software’s functionality.

• Contribute to frontend design by offering feedback on user interfaces to align with practical OHS applications.

• Conduct user testing and provide recommendations for improvements to enhance usability.

• Stay updated on OHS trends and technology to inform software development.
